We had a 24 hour layover in London’s Heathrow Airport so after a little shopping on Oxford street we booked a standard room with Yotel, the same brilliant guys who brought you Yo Sushi

I’m not sure that this will take off here in the USA… but it was a great find for us at London, Gatwick. After a transatlantic flight it was a no brainer to pay for four hours at the Yotel.
It was cosy and seemed roomy after sitting in coach on Continental airlines. I was struck by the similarity to being in a suitcase, though, when I opened my laptop and saw the picture of Ein the Welsh Corgi standing in an open valise…
