Situated on West 54th Street in a bustling and stylish area of Midtown Manhattan, The London is a chic addition to the neighborhood. The large brick building, which has black accents and vibrantly green, modern landscaping, is known for its emphasis on style, inside and out. Interiors are the work of renowned designer David Collins, who brings his signature sophistication to the modern marble lobby, public spaces and accommodations. Suites run upward of 500 square feet and include a sleeping area and separate parlor space with a plush seating area and desk. Two-bedroom suites and a selection of luxury suites are also available, including apartments with city views, Atrium Suites with panoramic views of the Hudson River and Central Park, and the 2,500-square-foot London Penthouses, with bay windows overlooking the Manhattan skyline. Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, famous for his television series, Hells Kitchen, and his Michelin-starred restaurants in London, oversees both dining and room service at the hotel. The fine dining eatery Gordon Ramsay at The London boasts two Michelin stars and a French-inspired menu. Its classic, 45-seat dining room is designed in shades of moss and sage green with rich wood paneling. Ramsays Maze, the hotels more casual eatery, serves pan-Asianinfluenced French cuisine. The London Bar serves breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails.
